BWCET - Internship Programme 2026

In partnership with Get into Teaching, Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust and Partner schools are offering 2nd, 3rd and final year undergraduate and master's students the opportunity to experience teaching through the Teaching Internships Programme. 'Try before you apply' for Teacher Training. Earn £455 per week by completing a 3-week internship in one of our Trust or Partner schools, Monday 22 June until Friday 10 July. Eligibility - applicants must be an undergraduate in their 2nd, 3rd or final year, or a master's student (this includes students undertaking a 4-year integrated master's, industry year or part time course). You must be interested in teaching chemistry, computing, design and technology, mathematics, a foreign language or physics and you must be studying a relevant subject. Northampton Teacher Training Partnership (NTTP SCITT) - train to teach information event - Secondary (morning)

NTTP is an established SCITT provider and has been training secondary teachers for 25 years. We offer a one year full time secondary (11-16) teacher training course in a wide range of subjects. We have an excellent reputation across Northamptonshire and neighbouring counties and have trained over 450 trainees, many of whom are involved in the training programme. Graded as outstanding by Ofsted (May 2024), we have an experienced team delivering a comprehensive and bespoke ITT course. The partnership is comprised of schools which offer a wide range of different experiences for our trainees. As a result, all our trainees are highly prepared for employment at the end of the training year.
