Teacher of Support for Learning - Fixed term until 29/06/2027Broughton High SchoolSalary: £67,053 (pro rata for part time)Hours: 12.08 per week Thursday 8.00am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 12.15pm.Broughton High School is founded on the values of respect, inclusion and integrity. We are a non-denominational secondary school with roll of approximately 1300 pupils, working in partnership with our associated primaries of Flora Stevenson, Ferryhill, Granton and Stockbridge serving our local community in North-West Edinburgh. Broughton fully integrates and embraces three specialist provisions into the life and work of the school: the City of Edinburgh Music and Dance Schools, and the SFA Performance School. We believe in enabling every young person to fulfil their potential as an individual and as a member of their wider community. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check.
