Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, all year round. (annualised hours, including evenings and weekends)

Position Type: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027

Line Manager: Assistant Headteacher Operations

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to join our team in a unique and varied role combining 3G sports facility management with PE support and classroom supervision.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both the school and wider community, ensuring our 3G facility operates efficiently while supporting high-quality physical education provision during the school day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing bookings, enquiries, and income generation for our 3G pitch
  • Ensuring the facility is safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant
  • Delivering sports clubs, fixtures, and lesson cover within the PE department
  • Leading holiday camps and community activities
  • Supporting student learning through cover supervision across the school

  • A passion for sport, physical activity, and working with young people
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
  • Experience in sports delivery, customer service, or education (desirable)
