Job description

  • We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Achievement Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children to thrive in a caring and inclusive environment. This post may entail a combination of 1:1 intervention, small group work and/or in class support across a wide age range, from Reception through to Year 6. The specifics of the role would be built to the strengths of the successful candidate, but will initially be based in KS1.

    Requirements:

    Experience working with children in a primary school setting, including children with additional needs.

    Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

    A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
