Job description

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable and warm — a team player who shares our values and commitment to every pupil’s success. You will:

Be confident with financial systems and office IT (experience with school cash office, SIMS, mailing systems and FMS is essential)
Have excellent numeracy and literacy (minimum GCSE/O Level in English & Maths or equivalent)
Demonstrate organisational flair, accuracy and the ability to develop and maintain effective systems
Communicate clearly and sensitively with staff, parents, pupils and external partners
Be discreet and trustworthy with confidential information and demonstrate understanding of safeguarding and data protection
Be proactive and flexible, able to work independently and as part of our wider school team
Have a willingness to learn and develop professionally; NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential
