Job description

We are recruiting for a friendly, proactive and organised Administration Assistant & First Aider to join our dedicated team in the main school office.

Hours of work

38 weeks a year (inclusive of non-teaching days designated for professional duties)

20 hours per week Tuesday to Friday, working five hours a day. Working hours are 8.30am to 2pm (with a 30 minutes unpaid break)

The successful candidate will

  • Have strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the production and analysis of database reports.
  • Be first aid trained, or willing to undertake first aid training.
  • Have ability to work independently, effectively prioritising workloads and using initiative to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
