We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Administrative Assistant – Operations to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of academy operations. You will support a wide range of administrative functions including record management, communication, event organisation, recruitment administration and stakeholder support, helping to create an environment where staff and students can flourish.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience working in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Be able to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Work successfully both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to colleagues, parents, visitors and external stakeholders.
What the role will involve
As Administrative Assistant – Operations, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the academy.
- Manage correspondence, records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support recruitment activities, meetings, projects and academy events including the manual handling responsibilities of setting up events and managing order.
- Maintain key operational information and records.
- Liaise professionally with staff, parents, visitors and external agencies.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of operational services across the academy.
