The Role

We’re a national apprenticeship provider, holding an Ofsted good rating, part of the United Learning Group, supporting over 100 schools, and our team is expanding! What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain accurate records across key systems
• Support apprenticeship-related processes (compliance, tracking, reporting)
• Keep workflows organised and running efficiently
• Work closely with a supportive team to deliver excellent service

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an administrative role (apprenticeship experience is a plus)
• A highly organised, methodical approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working with systems, data, and processes
• An engaging and friendly approachable manner
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
