Job description
The staff are committed to respond fully to the academic, social, spiritual and emotional needs of our pupils and this is reflected in all aspects of our school’s work including our wrap around care.
The ideal candidate will work 6 hours per week, 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m, Monday to Wednesday.
The purpose of the role:
To actively participate in the operational delivery of high-quality play and care provision for children aged 4 - 11 years after school.
To provide stimulating activities, engaging with children in a safe environment.
To build links and work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the well-being of the children.
We are looking for a special person who is highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of working with children.
Be flexible
Be able to work as part of a team
Be committed to the role and the wider school values
Be positive, proactive and have a good sense of humour
Have recent training and understanding around the safeguarding of children
