Apprentice Admin Assistant - Level 2 FULL TIME

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, confident and dedicated young person to our current front line administration team in school. Our school is a 2 Form Entry Primary School situated in North Leeds. The successful candidate will train as an apprentice in school and link also with an external college provider. The Level 2 Administration Assistant Apprenticeship has been designed for individuals starting their career in an administrative role. Apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to carry out routine business administration duties, support day-to-day operations, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, use digital systems, organise information, and contribute positively to the workplace. The apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for progression into more senior administrative positions or onto a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship is delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams over approximately 15 months, including End Point Assessment. Throughout the programme, learners will attend regular monthly reviews with their Tutor to discuss progress, review learning, and agree new objectives and activities for the next learning period. We kindly ask that the learner's line manager or mentor also attends these reviews to support the apprentice's development and workplace learning.

N.B Dependent on age and experience it maybe that the Apprenticeship Training will be at Level 3.
