Job description
Beckfoot Priestthorpe is seeking an inspirational and strategic Assistant Headteacher to join our ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our school, driving improvement and ensuring the best outcomes for every pupil.
As a senior leader, you will provide a clear strategic vision, lead with integrity and purpose, and work collaboratively to ensure high-quality teaching, inclusive practice and a culture where every pupil can thrive. You will champion excellence, foster a strong sense of belonging and ensure that no child is left behind.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.15pm
