Nature of Contract | Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks) |
FTE Salary | GRADE SO1, scp 23 - 25, £34,434 to £36,363 per annum, pro rata |
Actual Salary | £29,748- £31,415, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year |
Working Hours | 37 per week |
We are looking for:
- Someone with a strong understanding of attendance processes and the barriers affecting pupils
- A confidence communicator who can build positive relationships with students, families and external agencies
- An organised and proactive individual who can manage data, identify patterns and take timely action
You will be:
- Someone who is committed to improving outcomes for young people through strong attendance and engagement
- Someone who can build trust quickly while maintaining clear and consistent expectations
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
