Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Interventions: Analyse attendance trends to quickly identify and support pupils at risk of persistent absence.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with parents, Heads of Standards, school leaders, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
Safeguarding: Act as a vital link in the school's pastoral care team, monitoring wellbeing and escalating attendance concerns appropriately.
Who We Are Looking For:
A proactive communicator with strong relationship-building skills to engage both pupils and their families.
Someone confident in managing and interpreting detailed attendance data.
A resilient, empathetic professional passionate about inclusive education and child safeguarding
