Attendance Officer

Job description

North Brent School is seeking an ambitious, organised and highly motivated Attendance Officer to join our growing team.

As Attendance Officer, you will work closely with students, families, pastoral teams and senior leaders to monitor attendance, support vulnerable students and drive improvements across the school.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

Is confident working with data and identifying trends.

Builds positive relationships with students and families.

Has high expectations and a commitment to improving outcomes.

Shares our belief in Achievement for All.
