We are seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Support Officer to join our secondary school, supporting students to achieve positive behavioural and personal outcomes. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families, you will play a key role in promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Through early intervention, consistent support, and targeted strategies, you will help students overcome challenges, develop self-regulation skills, and fully engage in their education. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
