Behavioural Support Worker – Term Time Only

Job description
We are looking to appoint a Behavioural Support Worker, to support the behavioural needs of our students, as well as ensuring they adhere to boundaries and expectations. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Years to provide behavioural support for the students, whilst working collegiately to support with the administration of pastoral systems.
We are a successful forward thinking upper school based in a beautiful rural setting in the heart of central Bedfordshire with excellent transport links. We are very lucky to occupy a large site, with lots of green, outside space for our students and staff to enjoy.
