Breakfast & After School Club Manager - Wraparound Provision

We are looking for someone who:

• genuinely enjoys working with children and building positive relationships
• brings warmth, energy, creativity and calm leadership
• can confidently lead the day-to-day running of a busy Wraparound provision and work closely with school leaders
• is committed to providing high-quality childcare where every child feels safe, included and valued
• understands the importance of play, inclusion and emotional wellbeing
• has a level 3 childcare qualification
• has experience working with school-aged children in a playworker, childcare or school environment
• has a good understanding of the requirements for breakfast, afterschool and wraparound provision, including maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted expectations
• can inspire, support and motivate a team to create positive experiences for children
• is organised, proactive and able to balance the practical demands of running a successful provision
• communicates confidently and positively with children, families and colleagues
• is reflective and always looking for ways to improve experiences for children
• wants to be part of a collaborative and caring school community
