Breakfast/Lunch Assistant

We have a vacancy for a Breakfast/Lunch Assistant and we are looking for reliable and committed individuals to work within our existing teams. You must be approachable, professional, flexible and reliable and be a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team as well as working alone.

Location: Woodlands Academy, Grimsby

Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Term Time only

Salary Scale: HLT Scale 1a, point 3 (£24,796)

Actual Salary: £8,340

What does a Breakfast/Lunch Assistant do?

In a nutshell:

You will supervise individual and groups of children in dining, playground and circulation areas throughout the lunch break and engage them in appropriate activity and intervene to maintain behaviour, standards and ensure wellbeing, safety and welfare.
