11.5 hours per week (2 days), working times from 8:45am, term time only (38 weeks)

Salary: H5 pro rata, FTE annual salary £28,906 - £31,267

Actual salary: £7,512 - £8,126

Start date: October 2026

We are seeking to appoint a Careers Co‑ordinator to lead and co‑ordinate the school’s CIAEG provision across Years 7-13. The role includes organising key workplace experiences such as the Year 7 work shadowing day, Year 10 work experience week and supporting Year 12 workplace visits. You will also liaise with local colleges and employers, support Year 11 with college applications, and help deliver careers education through Personal Development.

The post involves maintaining accurate records, communicating careers information to students and families, and developing a strong network of employers and partners.

Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of eleven schools in Hertfordshire; four primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary.
