Are you passionate about creating delicious meals and providing excellent dining experiences? Gooseacre Primary Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our vibrant team for 13.75 hours per week, on a term-time only basis. This is a permanent role.

About the Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Catering Manager with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment for our students and staff. Your efforts will ensure that everyone enjoys a high-quality dining experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support the Catering Manager in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Relevant Food Safety and Hygiene certificates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a busy environment.
