Provide exciting opportunities that support children's social, emotional and cultural development, helping them grow in confidence and independence.
Helping every child shine

Work closely with parents and carers, building positive relationships and keeping them involved in their child's learning, development and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with other professionals and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Champion inclusion and equality, ensuring every child and family is treated with kindness, fairness, dignity and respect.

Work alongside the Principal and wider leadership team to promote our school ethos, values and high expectations.
Take an active interest in your own professional development, embracing opportunities to learn, reflect and grow as an Early Years practitioner.
Keeping our children safe and happy
