We are seeking a warm, experienced teacher who believes every child can succeed and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all learners feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Experience of working with pupils with SEND would be an advantage, particularly in a Year 3 setting. Joining Reydon Primary School, a welcoming primary school with a strong sense of community, the successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching, maintain high expectations for every pupil and play an active role in school life. Working alongside dedicated colleagues and within the wider Active Learning Trust, this is an opportunity to combine excellent classroom practice with genuine collaboration, helping children grow in confidence, curiosity and independence while continuing to develop professionally within a supportive team.

We welcome applications from teachers at all stages of their career, including Early Career Teachers, who are ready to learn, grow and contribute as part of a supportive team.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the wider life, development and continuous improvement of the school.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals while promoting safeguarding at all times.

Why Join Our Trust?

  • Belong to a compassionate and inclusive trust that values you and the role you play.
  • Join an experienced group of people that are fully dedicated to delivering the best for our children.
  • Gain access to our VivUp employee benefit system, Cycle to Work scheme and Teacher pensions.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development within the Active Learning Trust.
