Job description

We are looking for someone who:

  • Plans enriching learning experiences, inspires curiosity and holds high aspirations for every child
  • Has experience in KS1/KS2
  • A self‑motivated pro-active teacher
  • Is a pioneer and an innovator, eager to try new ideas
  • Reflects deeply on their practice and continually seeks improvement
  • Draws on research to inform and strengthen teaching
  • Is passionate about making a genuine difference to children’s lives
  • Collaborates effectively and contributes positively to a team
  • Is ready to take on subject leadership and make a wider impact across school following completion of ECT
  • Is flexible and willing to teach across different year groups
  • Wants to be involved in all aspects of school life, for example, residentials and wider school events
