We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in KS1/KS2
- A self‑motivated pro-active teacher
- Is a pioneer and an innovator, eager to try new ideas
- Reflects deeply on their practice and continually seeks improvement
- Draws on research to inform and strengthen teaching
- Is passionate about making a genuine difference to children’s lives
- Collaborates effectively and contributes positively to a team
- Is ready to take on subject leadership and make a wider impact across school following completion of ECT
- Is flexible and willing to teach across different year groups
- Wants to be involved in all aspects of school life, for example, residentials and wider school events
