We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our vibrant primary school. ECT’s are welcome to apply and this would be an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career within a supportive and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
- Foster a classroom culture where pupils feel happy, valued, and respected
- Promote creativity and curiosity in all areas of learning
- Model and embed the school’s values of honesty, compassion, and tolerance in daily practice
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and events
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve this
- A secure understanding of effective teaching and learning within primary education
- High expectations for pupil behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing
- A commitment to creating a happy, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- The ability to inspire creativity and enthusiasm for learning
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
