Job description

Shipston-on-Stour Primary School, part of The Stour Federation, is looking for an excellent, full-time teacher to help establish and teach in a newly set up internal support base, teaching small groups of children with identified need throughout the day, in liaison with the children's class teachers. We would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer. We are looking for an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be able to use a range of pedagogical techniques and appropriate strategies to meet the needs of all children. You must enjoy working as part of a supportive team who care for each other, our children and our whole community. We are a two form entry school so you would have the support of a a wide range of colleagues.

To be the successful candidate, you will need to have good experience of working in a school, have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be both creative and passionate about learning and supporting children with additional need, showing kindness, patience and empathy. You must have high expectations for children's outcomes but be adaptable.
