- Think and act creatively to make sure learning is motivated, successful and fun
- Have an ability to create a stimulating learning environment for their pupils
- Have a proven ability to raise standards
- Have an ability to reflect upon, and evaluate their own practice
- Have an ability to listen to, and act upon advice, as well as work successfully as part of a team
- Have an ability to teach to the highest standards and have strengths in English and Maths with a desire to contribute to our vibrant and welcoming school
- Encourage and motivate all children, whatever their background and ability, to reach their full potential
