Clinical Lead for Mental Health & Family Support
Furze Down School · Buckingham · Buckinghamshire
Job description
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and compassionate clinician to lead and further develop our mental health and family-support provision.
As our designated Mental Health Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, consultation and professional supervision, while strengthening partnerships with families and external agencies. You will help staff understand and respond to pupils’ needs, support families in navigating services and contribute specialist clinical insight where children and young people have complex or high-level needs.
Although some direct clinical work may form part of the role, the main focus is consultation, family support, supervision, reflective practice, system leadership and multi-agency working.
We welcome applications from suitably qualified professionals from a range of clinical backgrounds. The role may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
Applications are handled on Teaching Vacancies (GOV.UK).
