The Role of a Co-opted Governor

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Governing Body as Co-opted Governors. As a Co-opted Governor, you will contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing improvement of our school, working alongside our team of nine governors from a wide range of backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the school has sound educational and financial performance
Supporting the professional staff in their work to drive school improvement
Upholding the school's values and vision of "Everyone Matters"
Providing an external perspective to enrich the Governing Body's considerations

What We're Looking For:

A strong commitment to the role and the ongoing development of the school
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A willingness to learn more about education and develop new skills
