Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Communication & Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in promoting the school and supporting effective communication with our community.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the school website and social media platforms, producing engaging newsletters and marketing materials, and supporting the delivery of key school events. You will work closely with senior leaders and departments to showcase student life through photography, video, and written content, ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with the school’s brand.
The role also includes supporting front-of-house services during busy periods, assisting with event coordination, and maintaining high standards of presentation across displays and publications.

this is a part time role, 20hours a week and 39 weeks a year.
