Cover and Data Officer

The role includes attendance during term time, Professional Development days, and pre-results and results days in August (typically the last two weeks of the summer break). The starting salary is £29,467 per annum (LT2.1). This figure has already been pro-rata’d and reflects the actual annual pay before tax. The final salary point is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• Essential:
• GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) Educated to Level 3 standard (A-Level/NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience of working under pressure and prioritising deadlines
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to work with young people to improve their opportunities
• A flexible and adaptive approach to work
• The ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
• Experience or understanding of working in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous experience in an educational environment
