Job description
The successful candidates will inspire and nurture our pupils through excellent teaching and will contribute positively to school teams by modelling and promoting high-quality classroom practice.
We are looking for excellent teachers who:
Will maintain the exceptionally high standards of teaching and learning established across the Trust, whilst implementing current and effective teaching strategies
Have a proven record of effective, creative and outstanding teaching
Can support, challenge and nurture our amazing children, meeting their individual needs and developing positive learning behaviours
Demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Will be active members of school teams and contribute to the Trust’s Christian and nurturing ethos
Promote collaboration, partnership and meaningful links with all members of the school community
Are flexible in their approach, open to new ideas, and are committed team players with a passion for teaching

This role is a zero-hour role that means you will work across all schools in our trust as required.
