Job description
As Cover Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for organising and managing staff cover to ensure high-quality learning continues in the absence of teaching staff. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, and external agencies to secure appropriate cover and maintain continuity for pupils.
You will also provide cover to classes across the school and be an integral part of delivering the excellent education our pupils receive. By supervising work that is set by teaching staff, you will establish productive working relationships with pupils and act as a role model by setting high expectations.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a calm, solution-focused approach. For more information please see the attached documents or contact Brian Nelis on the details on this advert.
Applications are handled on Teaching Vacancies (GOV.UK).
