Job description
Are you ready to make a real difference to the lives of young people? Millthorpe School is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor.
Responsible for covering classes during teacher absences, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, managing the learning and behaviour of our students. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you are a calm, professional communicator, who has a real commitment to supporting children and young people, then we want to hear from you!
In return, we can offer a supportive working environment, with colleagues who care deeply, are experts in their fields and who are passionate about what they do. We also offer a range of staff benefits, and further details regarding our benefits and information about our Trust can be found here.
The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future and, therefore, the grade for this position may change.
Further details about our school are available on our website: https://millthorpeschool.co.uk/
