About the Role

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for every pupil.
  • Experience within an SEMH, SEND or alternative provision setting would be advantageous, as would knowledge of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support approaches.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and nurturing working environment.
  • High-quality professional development and training opportunities.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children with SEMH needs.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing which includes access to counselling and physiotherapy through Education Mutual
  • A generous pension contribution through the LGPS
  • Opportunity to take on additional hours and responsibilities as you develop
  • Clear career progression pathways, including opportunities to train and qualify as a teacher.
