We are seeking an experienced and highly effective teacher to join our team from September 2026 in a flexible teaching role, covering PPA, ECT release time and occasional absence. Depending on your experience, there may be opportunities to further your career through subject leadership and development of others through coaching. We are looking for a teacher who:
- is passionate about teaching and learning and committed to continually developing their practice
- can demonstrate strong classroom teaching that leads to positive outcomes for all pupils
- is reflective and able to use evidence-informed approaches to improve their teaching
- enjoys working collaboratively and learning from colleagues across the school and Trust
- is adaptable and confident teaching across different classes and year groups
- builds strong relationships quickly with pupils and maintains high expectations
- is committed to going the extra mile for pupils and their families

Fluency Duty
This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
