Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) - (Post 16) Pastoral Student Support


CONTEXT OF THE ROLE

The school operates a pastoral structure led by Crew Directors (Heads of Year), overseeing student wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance across Years 7–11 and Sixth Form. At Sir John Talbot's School, a Crew is a Tutor Group. The Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) Post 16 (Pastoral student Support) works alongside the Sixth Form Crew Director.

Grade 7 (SCP 12-17) (Currently £28,598 to £31,022 Per Annum) (Pro Rata)

Term Time plus 2 days

Required for 1st September 2026

  7. Be determined to play a pivotal role in Student Support, working closely with the Sixth Form Crew Director
