  • Network infrastructure, connectivity, telephony and end-user computing services.
  • Cyber security strategy, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber resilience.
  • IT service management and customer-focused support services across all schools and central teams.
  • Digital transformation programmes and infrastructure modernisation projects.
  • Digital procurement, supplier management and technology investment planning.
  • Business continuity, disaster recovery and organisational resilience activities.

The successful candidate will play a significant role in supporting the Trust's continued development and ensuring technology remains a strategic enabler for educational excellence and operational effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a confident and inspirational leader who can combine strong technical expertise with outstanding service delivery and stakeholder management skills.

You will have:

  • Significant experience leading digital services, infrastructure operations and technology delivery within a complex multi-site organisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
  • Strong cyber security expertise and experience of managing enterprise security controls and incident response activities.
  • Experience managing network infrastructure, enterprise wireless environments and firewall technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear advice for non-technical audiences.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications such as Microsoft certifications, ITIL, cyber security certifications or project management qualifications would be advantageous.
