19.5 hours per week, Term time plus 3 days

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a unique opportunity to shape the future of children joining our Early Year setting? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at New Bradwell School to further establish our thriving provision for 2 and 4-year-olds, in Caterpillars and Butterflies.
We are looking for experienced pre-school and nursery practitioners, who have had experience of working with children between the ages of 2 and 5. A passion for learning through play and skills to support and scaffold play are essential. We will only consider dates with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and deliver a high-quality curriculum that supports children's learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with leaders to enhance and develop our provision that meets the needs of young children and their families.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, promoting early help and ensuring a smooth transition to school.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using a variety of assessment methods.
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive learning environment.
