Job description
Milton Abbot Primary School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our nursery team for three days per week. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) and have a passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.

Our Trust comprises of 19 schools, 3 Colleges, 15 Primaries, and one All Through SEMH Special school. Established in 2018. We are situated in beautiful Devon on the out the outskirts of the stunning Dartmoor National Park. The schools vary in size and are all unique. Summary of the RoleTo work under the direction of teaching staff but also to be a key factor in the daily provision for our youngest pupils and to support their learning and development, primarily within the nursery setting. The role involves working closely with the Early Years Lead to ensure all children can access high-quality Early Years provision.

The successful candidate will be required to come to the DMAT Central Offices to complete mandatory training.
Training Details:
Location: Okehampton College Skills Centre, Okehampton, EX20 1PZ
Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.
Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
