Estates Manager based within the Central Team

Job description

Proactively providing central estates support across the Trust with the aim of delivering high quality learning environments
Implementation and maintenance of access security systems
Maintaining and repairing pool plant
Organising and planning maintenance schedules
Completing paperwork, maintaining records and producing reports, including financial reports
Monitoring external contractors/ specifications, and contributing to planning and progressing buildings projects
Health and safety procedures and regulations e.g. COSHH, including moving, lifting and handling regulations and the writing of risk assessments, and mitigation of potential hazards
The importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for children and young people
