ETA Grade 6 (EYFS)

As a Grade 6 Teaching Assistant within EYFS, you will have an important role in supporting and extending children's learning and development. Working alongside the class teacher, you will lead groups and targeted interventions, contribute to planning and assessment, support high-quality continuous provision and adapt learning to meet individual needs. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of child development and EYFS practice who can work confidently and independently, while providing the warm, nurturing relationships our youngest children need to thrive.
