Welcome to The Constellation Trust

The Constellation Trust is a growing family of schools serving communities across Hull and the surrounding area. Our Trust currently comprises seven primary schools, two secondary schools and an alternative provision, each with its own unique strengths and identity, united by a shared vision, shared ambition and shared culture.

At the heart of our Trust is a simple belief: we shine brighter together. Through collaboration, innovation and a relentless focus on educational excellence, we work collectively to create the very best opportunities for the children, young people and communities we serve.

We are ambitious for every child, every school and every colleague. Our aim is to ensure that all of our schools deliver exceptional outcomes, provide outstanding educational experiences and create environments where every individual feels valued, included and empowered to succeed. We are committed to becoming regional leaders in all aspects of education, national leaders in inclusion and an employer of choice for talented professionals who want to make a meaningful difference.

Our Ambition

The Constellation Trust Ambition sets out the principles that connect our schools whilst recognising the unique contexts and communities they serve. We believe schools thrive when they retain their individuality while benefiting from the collective expertise, support and opportunities that come from being part of a strong Trust.

Together, we are committed to:

  • Delivering exceptional educational outcomes and life chances for all children
  • Maintaining the highest educational standards across every school
  • Leading the way in inclusive practice, ensuring every child can flourish regardless of background or circumstance
  • Nurturing character, belonging and personal development
  • Providing strong systems, infrastructure and professional expertise that allow schools to focus on education
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, celebration and continuous improvement.

Why Join The Constellation Trust?

Join a forward-thinking Trust that is pushing the boundaries of inclusion, staff development and educational excellence.

At The Constellation Trust, we believe that great schools are built by great people. That's why we invest heavily in our staff, creating an environment where colleagues are supported to thrive professionally and personally. Whether you are beginning your career, looking to take the next step, or seeking to make an impact as an experienced leader, you will find opportunities to grow, collaborate and succeed.

We are ambitious for our staff because we know that investing in people delivers the greatest impact for children. Our culture combines high expectations with strong support, clear systems and a commitment to creating the conditions in which colleagues can flourish.
