Job description

We are seeking to appoint an organised, meticulous and highly professional Examinations Officer to lead the administration and delivery of all internal and external examinations. This is a pivotal role within the school, ensuring every examination series is delivered securely, efficiently and in full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, while providing excellent support to students, staff and parents throughout the examination process.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a calm and organised personality, a flexible approach with the ability to manage complex administrative processes while meeting multiple deadlines and an understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information.

A good standard of education (A Levels, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience) is essential along with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and databases.
