Job title: Executive Headteacher
Salary: £104,648 per annum (L28-L32)
Hours: Full Time in line with STCPD
Location: Central Office is based at Wickham Common Primary School, Gates Green Road, West Wickham, Kent BR4 9DG. This role requires travel to all Mosaic Schools with regular meetings at the central office. The role is not based at Crofton Junior School, which is the Trust's registered address.

Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across a group of schools.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive school improvement, champion high-quality teaching and learning, and support Headteachers to secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s educational strategy, building leadership capacity and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced senior leader with head teacher or equivalent experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes across multiple settings to join our inclusive Trust. You will have strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy and data-informed school improvement.
