A full and relevant qualification accepted by the Department for Education (DfE) to work in anearly yearssetting
Secure knowledge and understanding of the Early YearsStatutoryFramework.
Good understanding of a child’s development and learning.
The successful candidates willbe able to:
Support children’s Communication and Language developmentbyengaging inhigh-quality interactions.
Use theirInitiativeand contribute towardscreatinga stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
Assistwith the preparation of teaching resources or materials.
Work with groups of childrenacross a range of learning activities.
Provide supportto individualpupils, including those with specialeducationalneeds ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
Supportchildrenwith theirpersonalcare.
Communicatesensitively and effectively withall stakeholders including staff,childrenand parents/carers.
