EYFS Teaching Assistant / Practitioner
Red Lane Primary School · Bolton · Bolton
Job description
At Red Lane Primary, we are proud to provide a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to flourish. We are seeking a caring, compassionate and skilled Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting young children at the very start of their learning journey. We are looking for an excellent practitioner who understands child development, recognises the importance of secure relationships, and is committed to meeting the needs of all children, including those who may be vulnerable or require additional support.
The successful candidate will be patient, nurturing and enthusiastic, with the ability to create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children feel happy, confident and ready to learn. They will demonstrate unconditional positive regard, work closely with families and colleagues, and play an important role in supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, communication, independence and early learning skills.
If you are passionate about inclusion, committed to giving every child the very best start, and want to make a real difference as part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
