As a school, we are driven by a simple belief: One School. One Team. One Approach. Every Child a Shared Responsibility.

You will lead and contribute to safeguarding processes, provide early intervention and family support, undertake home visits, facilitate parenting programmes, coordinate multi-agency support and help ensure that every child can engage fully in school life.

This is an opportunity to work in a highly inclusive school where wellbeing, belonging and achievement are seen as everyone's responsibility.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience supporting children and families facing challenges that may affect attendance, wellbeing, safeguarding or learning.
  • Has experience as a Deputy DSL or the knowledge and skills to undertake the role successfully.
  • Builds positive, professional and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Has experience of working effectively with external agencies and coordinating support.
  • Understands how attendance, safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing are interconnected.
  • Is passionate about removing barriers to success and improving outcomes for vulnerable children.
  • Is resilient, organised and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills.
