We are seeking to recruit a talented and passionate Finance Assistant to join our dynamic Central Team. The role is office-based at The Wulfruna Partnership Central Office, Bantock Primary School, Wolverhampton, WV3 0HY.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing purchase invoices and maintaining supplier records using Access Education software.
  • Supporting The Wulfruna Partnership to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Managing supplier relationships and reconciling statements.
  • Contributing to informed financial decisions through accurate data and analysis.
  • Handling credit card expenditures and ensuring precise financial documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Financial experience, AAT Level 4 or equivalent

  • Experience of working in a financial role for an academy trust or public sector environment.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills

  • A detail-oriented, organised and proactive mindset

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Integrity, professionalism and a drive to make a difference
