Finance Business Partner

Who we’re looking for

We are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to provide financial leadership and management support across designated schools across the West Midlands area and support the Trust’s Central Finance Team. You will lead the on financial operations, processes, reporting and planning in your designated areas.

You will have:

• A part accountancy qualification, CCAB or an equivalent qualification. With evidence of working towards full professional accountancy qualification in Finance, either CCAB or an equivalent level professional Accountancy qualification.
• A sound understanding of the budgeting & financial management processes, preferably in an educational establishment.
• A sound understanding of how purchase to pay process and procurement policies, can provide value for money, efficiency and control.
• Experience of system & process development within a finance team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience of developing constructive relationships with non-financial stakeholders.
