Job description

The successful candidate will:

Lead and develop the Art Department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons that motivate students and foster creativity.
Design and implement an ambitious, inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Monitor student progress and use assessment effectively to raise attainment and improve outcomes.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, exhibitions, and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
